Classes are currently offered via Zoom. Classes are offered at no cost and are geared toward expectant parents and parents or people caring for children ages 0-5 years. Click on the links below for more information and to register.
Childbirth- This is a two-class series. In the first class, we will discuss preparing for the birth, signs, and stages of birth, comfort measures, relaxation, birth positions, and the golden hour. The second class will cover what to pack & prepare, birth plans, the unexpected in birth, pain, postpartum care, and more. Caring for Baby/Newborn Care
Caring for Baby/Newborn Care- This is a two-class series. In the first class, Jess will discuss topics including responding to baby, safe sleep, understanding your baby’s crying, calming a crying baby, and incorporating self-care into caring for your baby. The second class will cover umbilical cord care, bath time, diapers, oral care and feeding, bonding with baby, and safety. Additional topics related to newborn care may also come up throughout the course. We look forward to seeing you and supporting your journey through newborn care!
Love & Logic/Early Childhood Made Fun– A five-night parenting training program designed by Love and Logic Institute, Inc. and facilitated by Martin Shrout, an independent presenter. This class will be taught via Zoom.

*There is a suggested donation of $10 for the workbook, if you are able to do so. We will make arrangements for students to pick up the workbook before the first day of class.
